To visualize the mechanism of the prescription medicine used to treat adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), we've built the biological structure of the bone marrow in 3D and created an animated explanation.
Visualizing the Biology of AML
To support the launch of a prescription medicine for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), our client turned to us for a solution that went deeper than words. The goal: to create an anatomically accurate 3D animation that clearly demonstrates the medicine’s mechanism of action within the complex structure of the bone marrow.
Built from the inside out, the animation shows how the treatment interacts with cells—providing clarity for professionals and making complex science easier to understand.
Optional Formats, Same Immersion
The animation was developed not only as a traditional explainer video, but also with the option to view it in virtual reality. This gave medical audiences the ability to step inside the scene using VR headsets, offering a rare, immersive glimpse into the cellular level of treatment.
Why It Worked Whether viewed on screen or in VR, the experience bridged the gap between science and understanding, helping healthcare professionals connect with the treatment’s purpose — visually, memorably, and precisely.
